Pure Sudoku Zen does not sell personal data. The app is designed to keep the Sudoku experience calm, focused, and respectful of user privacy.

Information We May Collect

Pure Sudoku Zen may collect or store anonymous player profile information, Player Code, display name, profile customization choices, game progress, score information, leaderboard entries, challenge and rival-related data, app version/build metadata, device/platform information needed for functionality and stability, push notification token if notifications are enabled, purchase entitlement status, ad-related consent status, and support messages you send to us.

Purchases and Pure Plus

Pure Sudoku Zen offers an optional Pure Plus lifetime upgrade. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may use RevenueCat to manage purchase status and Pure Plus entitlement access across supported platforms. RevenueCat may process limited identifiers and purchase-related information needed to validate purchases, restore access, and provide premium features.

Advertising and Rewarded Ads

Pure Sudoku Zen may show ads, including interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are shown only when you choose to use a reward-based action.

We may use Google AdMob and related Google services to serve ads and measure ad performance. These services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad interaction data, approximate device/platform information, and consent choices, depending on your region, device settings, and privacy permissions.

Consent and Tracking Choices

Where required, Pure Sudoku Zen may ask for your privacy consent before showing personalized ads or using certain advertising features. On iOS, the app may use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission flow before accessing the advertising identifier or enabling tracking-related advertising features.

You can manage tracking and notification permissions from your device settings. In regions where consent choices are available, you may also be able to update ad privacy choices from within the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to save progress, show your Player Code, enable profile features, submit leaderboard scores, enable challenges and rival features, provide push notifications you allow, manage Pure Plus access, show and limit ads, improve app stability, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain fair play.

Third-Party Services

Pure Sudoku Zen may use third-party services such as Firebase, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play to support anonymous profiles, cloud data, leaderboards, challenges, push notifications, app stability, advertising, consent management, and purchase entitlement validation.

These services may process limited technical, purchase, advertising, or app activity information needed to provide their respective functions.

Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, Pure Sudoku Zen may use a device token to send relevant app notifications, such as challenge and rival-related updates. You can disable notifications from your device settings at any time.

Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the app experience, maintain fair play, support users, manage purchases and entitlements, operate ads and consent choices, and comply with applicable requirements.

Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your app-related data by contacting us. Please include your Player Code if available so we can identify the relevant profile.

Some purchase records may need to remain available through Apple, Google, or RevenueCat for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or entitlement validation purposes.
