When Reporting a Bug
Please include your device model, iOS or Android version, app build number, Player Code if available, the screen you were on, what happened, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible.
Player Code
Your Player Code helps identify your profile for support, leaderboard, and challenge-related questions.
Challenges
If a challenge link does not open correctly, please send us the link, your Player Code, and your device model.
Leaderboard
If a score does not appear correctly, please include the difficulty, approximate time, and a screenshot of the result screen.
Data Deletion
To request deletion of your app-related data, email us with your Player Code if available.
